Bio

Chelsea has been doing CrossFit since 2013. Prior to 2013 she competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the collegiate level. She found functional fitness after not finding a jiu jitsu gym close to home and being forced to do it at work. Despite the forced beginnings, she realized that she actually really enjoyed it. She enjoys the fast paced variety and pushing herself to improve….and not running. She’s competed in dozens of competitions ranging from singles to 4-person events. She currently holds an L1 certification.

Chelsea believes that everyone should find a type of fitness that they love and one of the greatest things about CrossFit is the diversity of people and motives for doing it – whether it’s to be stronger, lose some weight, hit a new PR, learn something new or just maintain what you have. Everyone’s fitness journey is different and she hopes to help people along that journey in any way she can.
